Desk exercises for those who stare at computer monitors!
Desk exercises. Here is a concept whose time has come. It seems all the working class is sitting in front of a computer staring at a monitor. Your neck aches, your back is stiff and your legs get all cramped up. Most people rarely get up out of their chair (maybe to use the restroom or grab a cup of coffee). I know this first hand. My job requires me to sit all day long working the keyboard. I desperately need to stretch and move around a little.
If your desk bound, here are some exercises to help you get through the day. Don't worry if you look goofy to the rest of the office. Maybe you could turn them on to these exercises also!

There was a time in the past where my husband would work out in his shop loading trucks, moving material and basically sweating in the Florida heat. Now, time for a stretch!
